Pilates Instructor Pilates Miami Lakes, FL 33016 Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to promoting health and wellness. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels. Your expertise will help clients achieve their fitness goals while enhancing their overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety. Develop and implement tailored fitness programs that meet the diverse needs of clients. Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate varying skill levels and physical abilities. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and community engagement. Maintain knowledge of current trends in Pilates and fitness to enhance class offerings. Promote additional services, such as personal training or fitness sales, to support client growth. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create integrated wellness programs. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space. Experience Certification in Pilates instruction is required; additional certifications in related fields (e.g., personal training, group fitness) are highly desirable. Previous experience teaching Pilates or related disciplines such as cycle, dance, CrossFit, or gym-based classes is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Experience in program design tailored to individual client needs is beneficial.
