Our boutique studio merges expert instruction, community spirit, and luxurious touches—designed to inspire strength, grace, and confidence in every client. Position Overview The Reformer Pilates Instructor leads 1:1 and small-group (max 6) sessions using the Pilates reformer and related apparatus. You’ll deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts, tailored to all fitness levels—from novices to advanced. With clear expertise in biomechanics and alignment, you’ll help clients strengthen, increase flexibility, and enhance posture while nurturing a supportive studio atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Lead Reformers, Springboard, and other apparatus-based Pilates classes. Customize exercises to accommodate individual client goals, injuries, or limitations . Provide clear, hands-on adjustments, cueing proper alignment and breathing techniques . Ensure client safety by offering modifications and monitoring form. Prepare studio space and apparatus before and after sessions; maintain cleanliness and equipment upkeep . Build rapport, encourage loyalty, and promote class packages and memberships. Collaborate with team on studio events, marketing, and community engagement. Qualifications Completed accredited Pilates certification (min. comprehensive / reformer certification). 1+ year of teaching Reformer Pilates in studio or boutique environments. Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles. Excellent verbal communication and client engagement skills. CPR/AED certification required.
