Full Job Description Duties:
- Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or groups, focusing on proper form and technique
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients’ goals and fitness levels
- Provide modifications and variations of exercises to accommodate different abilities and limitations
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients in performing them correctly
- Monitor clients’ progress and provide feedback and encouragement
- Educate clients on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space
Experience:
- Certification as a Pilates Instructor from a recognized organization
- Previous experience teaching Pilates classes or working as a personal trainer
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals Additional experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Personal training
- Yoga
- Sports coaching
- Dance
- Fitness sales
