Job Summary The Water Aerobics Instructor will assist in leading safe, fun, and effective classes tailored to a variety of fitness levels. Create a positive, motivating atmosphere where members of all ages feel empowered and supported. Develop creative class formats that keep members excited and continuously coming back for more. Stay current trends on fitness trends and certifications to keep classes fresh and exciting. The Aqua fitness classes are a fun, low impact workout, focusing on cardo and strength training. Job Criteria Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Aqua (ACE, AFAA or similar•CPR/First Aid also required) Previous experience leading aerobics or group fitness water classes Energetic, personable, and motivating attitude Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people feel great! Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels
