Group Fitness Coach Evolve Fitness Clearwatwe Clearwater, FL 33761
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching Lead members to develop and achieve personal fitness goals. Conduct group fitness classes as per EFC guidelines. Ensure safe and correct coaching for all movements and scaling options. Participate in gym events, team development sessions, and meetings. Provide feedback for service improvement. Member Experience Create a welcoming and encouraging environment. Build relationships to drive member results. Ensure members adhere to the program and achieve their goals. Facilities Follow opening and closing procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization. Report any maintenance or repair needs.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certificate or CrossFit Level 1, preferred. 1-4 years of coaching experience, preferred. Skills Strong work ethic and initiative. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions. Intermediate computer skills.
