Experience Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness field is preferred. Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise physiology is essential. Experience in program design for diverse populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as yoga, dance, cycle, or personal training is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is required. Looking for someone long term and stable. 2x week, one week day and one weekend. $60 per hour session.
