Certified CrossFit Trainer Position Available In Sarasota, Florida

Certified CrossFit Trainer Seaward CrossFit 423 North Lemon Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34236

Role:

Part-time CrossFit Instructor. The current need for a coach is at least 4-6 classes per week. With some availability on the weekends. Coaching hours will vary. •Must be available to coach 2-3 days a week early morning and possibly one evening a week (not on the same day). The right candidate will align with our values:

Qualifications:

Passion for CrossFit and 2+ years of experience CrossFit Level 1 certification (or ability to obtain it within 2 months of hiring• Demonstrates patience and the ability to connect with athletes of all levels. Understands the importance of community. Strong leadership skills Quality customer service Motivate others to reach their fullest potential. Collaborative mindset

Expectations:

Arrive 15 minutes prior to class starting. Welcome members and drop-ins. Be able to assist with checking people into class. Able to meet a member where they are at and support them through a workout.

Clean up after class:

Put away excess equipment. Check bathrooms. Make sure the main floor space is tidy. Turn off lights, fans, and screens. Lock up. If coaching evening, set up equipment for the early morning class. The ability to calmly assist an athlete with an injury or emergency. Monthly coaches meetings to connect as a team, reflect and grow.
