Celebrating our 10^th^year in business, B Fitness is a dynamic and growing fitness studio in Venice, Florida, dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. We specialize in personal training and group fitness classes in a supportive and energetic environment.•Job Description•We are looking for Certified Group Fitness Instructor to join our team.
Ideal candidate will work anywhere 2-10 hrs. per week, based on their Group Fitness Classes. You must be passionate about fitness, energetic, and dedicated to motivating clients, with strong communication skills and an ability well in a team fitness environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes, including strength training, HIIT, and functional fitness.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term fitness success and provide feedback or recommendations, as needed.
Assist in maintaining an organized studio environment.
Stay up to date with industry trends and certifications.
Qualifications:
Group fitness certification preferred (e.g., AFAA, ACE, NASM, or equivalent).CPR/AED certified (optional)Strong communication and motivational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
We offer classes throughout the day 7 days a week and we are looking for qualified instructors to conduct group fitness classes.
Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct different types of Group Fitness classes.
Work collaboratively with other instructors, accept and provide feedback.
