We’re currently seeking a passionate, energetic Part-Time Trainer/Substitute Trainer to join our team!

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivating trainer who is ready to jump into a high-energy environment! This position will primarily serve as a substitute trainer and could develop into consistent weekly shifts. Our trainers lead 45-minute camps that incorporate strength, HIIT, and conditioning formats, with an emphasis on form, safety, and encouragement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-energy, engaging 45-minute group training sessions Provide modifications and challenges to meet all fitness levels Create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment Offer support and coaching beyond the workout floor Demonstrate and coach proper technique for all exercises Set up and break down camp equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized training space Step in for other trainers when coverage is needed (sometimes with short notice)

Qualifications:

Previous group training or personal training experience preferred Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) preferred, or willingness to obtain Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and genuine passion for helping others Ability to coach and motivate groups while providing individualized attention Reliable, flexible, and willing to sub for early mornings, mid-mornings, evenings, and/or weekends when needed

Schedule:

We offer sessions: Monday – Friday 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm and Saturday 7:30am, 8:30am, and 9:30am Must be available to sub with some notice; preference for someone with open availability for mornings, evenings, and/or

Saturdays Compensation:
