We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology, and will be dedicated to educating clients on the benefits of Pilates. As a key member of our health club, you will help clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized instruction in a supportive and motivating environment. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety. Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including body alignment, core strength, and flexibility. Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them improve their performance. Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
