High-Level Instructors:

Prestige You’ll be teaching in stunning, well-maintained community fitness studios, not corporate gyms or random pop-ups. Simplicity No micromanaging, chaos, or hunting for class signups. We give you a set schedule, professional systems, and full backend support. Support We promote you as the instructor, help grow your following, and support your creativity, while maintaining world-class consistency. Purpose You won’t just be teaching a class. You’ll be the highlight of someone’s day, building real connection and confidence every time you lead.

We’re Looking For Instructors Who Are:

Energetic, professional, and love commanding a room Experienced with senior fitness, low-impact , or modification-heavy formats Certified in Barre, Pilates, or Yoga classes On-time, reliable, and emotionally intelligent Committed to delivering consistency, enthusiasm, and safety , every time Excellent communicators with a natural ability to build community and connection

Have experience teaching in residential communities, senior centers, or boutique studios Are confident with both low-intensity and high-energy formats Are looking for recurring class schedules , not just one-offs Want to grow into event hosting , team leadership , or fitness director roles What the

Teach scheduled group fitness classes inside luxury community fitness centers & outdoor pavillions Engage participants before/after class to build connection and increase retention Represent Hustle Training 360’s brand with energy, professionalism, and heart Collaborate with our team to create seasonal events, health workshops, and community-wide fitness programs Option to grow into multiple communities or combine with private training roles This Is for
