Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Engage members and provide great customer service. Possess a broad range of experience, including working with various age groups and fitness levels. Able to conduct fitness programs such as wellness orientations, and teen fit program, for members. Maintain exercise equipment. Awareness of anatomy and biomechanics. Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills. Participates in mandatory staff meetings and training. Perks! High school or equivalent level of education. CPR/First Aid certification required. Experience working with participants with different ages, skill levels, and varying physical and emotional abilities. Works well with other staff members of the JCC using positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
