Who We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you: Are a certified Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive Equipment Certification or Reformer certification; exercise physiology/kinesiology background a plus!) Let’s help people move better, feel better, and live better—together. Duties Conduct group and individual Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and fitness goals. Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement patterns. Design and implement safe, effective program plans that incorporate Pilates techniques to enhance overall fitness. Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their personal fitness objectives. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and organized. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to promote a holistic approach to health. Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and group fitness to continually enhance class offerings. Experience Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is preferred. Knowledge of human physiology and anatomy is essential for educating clients effectively. Familiarity with program design principles to create engaging and effective workout plans. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds.
