Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member longafter they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves countingthe hours till their next workout. • Leading and motivating members through pre-definedworkouts
• Helping members set and achieve goals
• Making suremembers are using correct form and offering corrections if theyaren’t
• Understanding the science behind our workoutsspecifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, andbeing aware of what the competition is doing
• Knowing how to useand demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized inevery workout
• Being a team player Additionally, you’ll need tomeet these requirements:
• Being AED/CPR certified
• Hold andmaintain a current fitness certification from an education companyapproved by Orangetheory Fitness Specific job duties and selectionrequirements vary between Orangetheory studio locations and moredetails can be provided by the studio’s hiring manager if you areselected to move forward in the interview process.
