As a BBT Branded Class Manager , you will create an inclusive, motivating environment where participants of all fitness levels feel empowered. Key Responsibilities1. Lead & Elevate Class Experiences Deliver high-energy, engaging classes that reflect BBT’s culture and brand identity. Ensure every class meets BBT’s quality, structure, and inclusivity standards . Adapt sessions to accommodate diverse fitness levels while maintaining intensity and effectiveness. Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and enthusiasm in every session. 2. Support & Develop Fellow Coaches Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to other class instructors. Collaborate with team members to enhance class delivery and engagement strategies. Uphold a consistent and professional approach to class instruction. 3. Maintain & Evolve Program Offerings Assess class effectiveness and suggest refinements to improve the member experience. Introduce new techniques or variations to keep classes dynamic and engaging. Ensure class offerings align with BBT’s fitness philosophy and brand growth strategies . 4. Enhance the BBT Community Experience Act as a leader in fostering a welcoming, results-driven, and inclusive fitness environment. Engage with members before and after class, ensuring they feel supported and motivated. Address feedback proactively and uphold BBT’s commitment to exceptional service and fitness innovation .
