JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pilates Instructor to lead group reformer classes at our studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead group reformer classes following Club Pilates standards
- Instruct clients on proper form and safe methods on various equipment
- Conduct private and semi-private sessions as needed
- Ensure equipment is in good working order before each class
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Assist with membership sales and check clients in
- Promote retail and membership sales to help build studio revenue
- Inspire and motivate clients to live their best life through Pilates
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience teaching group classes
- Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
- Ability to use a contemporary approach to classical exercises
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated
- Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong focus on customer service and effective communication skills
- Experience with club management software or willingness to learn new systems
