This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-first environment, has a background in movement or bodywork, and is excited to be part of a purpose-driven team. ⸻ Key Duties Deliver high-quality assisted stretching and/or personal training sessions Build strong relationships with clients and support their wellness goals Perform movement assessments and create customized wellness plans Educate clients on the importance of flexibility, mobility, and recovery Keep detailed client notes and track progress Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio space Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education Contribute to a supportive, positive studio culture ⸻ Qualifications Certification in personal training, massage therapy, stretch therapy, or similar field (or willingness to get certified—training support available) Experience working with clients in fitness, health, or wellness settings Strong knowledge of human anatomy, mobility, and movement patterns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-focused mindset CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain) ⸻ Why Work With FlexABLE?
