Group Fitness Instructor Great Bay Athletic Club (soon to be Seacoast Fitness and Pickleball) 191 Exeter Road, Newmarket, NH 03857 About Us Great Bay Athletic Club is transforming into Seacoast Fitness and Pickleball , a 55,000-square-foot multi-sport facility offering tennis, racquetball, fitness, and soon, indoor pickleball. We’re building a dynamic wellness community where members of all ages and fitness levels can thrive. Position Summary We’re seeking energetic, certified Group Fitness Instructors & Personal Trainers to lead engaging and results-driven classes in Yoga, Mat Pilates, and HIIT . This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, growing team that values professionalism, fun, and member connection. What You’ll Do

• Lead safe, motivating, and inclusive group fitness classes
• Design creative and effective class formats tailored to various fitness levels
• Build positive relationships with members and encourage continued participation
• Arrive early to set up and stay after to interact with participants
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
• Collaborate with the fitness team to support community-building events and programs What We’re Looking For
• Current group fitness certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or similar)
• Specialty certification or training in Yoga, Mat Pilates, or HIIT
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
• Experience teaching group classes preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming, positive presence

Full-time Pay:

$20.00 – $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
