What You’ll Do:

Conduct one-on-one fitness sessions in client homes or agreed-upon locations (no group classes). Follow personalized fitness plans with a focus on proper form, safety, and encouragement. Be a trusted motivator—showing up on time, looking polished, and keeping energy high. Provide occasional assessments and movement screens (training provided if needed).

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a current CPR/AED certification . Holds a Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or has significant experience in 1-on-1 fitness coaching. Can legally work as an independent contractor in Maine and New Hampshire. Has reliable transportation and can travel up to an hour from North Berwick, ME. Maintains a professional appearance and lifestyle consistent with a wellness role. Communicates with confidence, warmth, and care.

Compensation:
