Job Summary
Responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising fitness programs tailored to patients with varying medical conditions. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals to promote health, rehabilitation, and recovery through exercise and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications

Essential Functions:

Conduct initial fitness assessments to evaluate patients’ physical capabilities and limitations.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand patient medical histories and rehabilitation needs.
  • Design individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs based on assessment results and patient goals.
  • Modify programs as needed to accommodate changes in patients’ conditions or progress.
  • Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support, motivation, and encouragement to patients throughout their fitness journey.
