They use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as to help guide members to the right trainer and the right training program for them. They work hand in hand with the Fitness Sales staff to help both new and existing members reach their goals by assisting them with strength training, cardio, and nutrition. This is a full time position with full medical, dental, and vision benefits. All promotions to management come from within the company so the opportunity for growth is always available and can happen fairly quick for motivated and driven individuals. You are paid hourly plus commissions and receive a complimentary club membership to any location for both you and a guest for when you are off the clock! Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking personal training services. Conduct assessments to understand clients’ fitness goals and develop tailored training programs. Promote and sell personal training packages to potential clients, utilizing effective sales techniques. Maintain a positive and motivating environment during training sessions. Stay updated on fitness trends to offer the most cutting edge techniques Build and nurture relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
