Job Description
Provide safe and effective fitness instruction to help our members attain their fitness goals 30%
Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives established by MUSC’s Personal Trainer Director 20%
Promote and sale personal training programs and services to a highly engaged member base 15%
Conduct fitness assessments 10% Design exercise programs tailored to meet member needs and goals 10%
Maintain professional standards including punctuality, proper attire, teamwork, and a clean and safe workout environment 5%
Adjust and operate all fitness equipment 5%
Effectively use Social Media to keep members engaged and to promote MUSC Wellness Center 5%
