The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to educating clients on the benefits of this practice. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your role will involve creating a supportive environment where clients can achieve their fitness goals while ensuring safety and proper technique. Responsibilities Conduct group Pilates classes, tailoring sessions to meet the diverse needs of participants. Develop class plans that incorporate various Pilates techniques and principles. Monitor client progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition. Conduct basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and emptying trash as needed. Foster a positive community atmosphere within the studio, encouraging client engagement and retention. Collaborate with staff to continue creating excellence. Qualifications Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is required. Strong desire to part of ab excellent team of instructors. Willingness to learn new evidence based approaches to teaching. Ability to educate clients effectively on techniques and health benefits associated with Pilates. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
