Your Role as a Pilates Instructor As a valued instructor, you’ll lead dynamic, full-body group classes using a variety of top-tier equipment including Balanced Body Reformers, EXO chairs, springboards, TRX, and ballet barre. You’ll deliver safe, effective workouts that are energizing, form-focused, and empowering—no matter the client’s experience level. Pay & Class Details Apprentice Instructors :

$20 per class + $3 per client over 6 attendees

Certified Instructors :

$25-$35 per class, based on experience and class size

Scheduling :

Minimum of 3 classes per week with flexible options Instructor Responsibilities Lead safe, engaging Pilates reformer classes aligned with Club Pilates’ standards Offer personalized modifications and form cues within a group setting Educate and inspire clients to improve strength, flexibility, and alignment Keep studio spaces clean, organized, and welcoming Support front desk with class check-ins and occasional client communication Help promote studio offerings with a warm and genuine approach Ready to Elevate Your Pilates Career?
