Certified Lagree Pilates Instructor Revive Hot Pilates Berry Hill, TN 37204 Qualifications Certification in Lagree is required. Strong knowledge of body mechanics and exercise physiology. Experience in fitness sales or sports coaching is preferred. Ability to lead classes with enthusiasm while ensuring participant safety.
