Per Diem Pharmacists are classified astemporary employees and work on an intermittent basis. PrimaryResponsibilities:
  • Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians andother health practitioners
  • Provides information to customersabout medications and their use
  • Focuses on providing a superiorlevel of customer service
  • Ensures compliance with all relevantlaws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
  • Administration ofimmunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
  • Any otherusual and customary pharmacy duties
  • Travel up to 50% You’ll berewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment thatwill challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes tosucceed in your role as well as provide development for other rolesyou may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’sDegree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Current pharmacist license inArkansas
  • Certified immunizer of willing to become an immunizerwithin 3 months of hire
  • Ability to travel locally 100% across thestate of AR The hourly range for this role is $43.

17 to $84.95 perhour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factorsincluding but not limited to local labor markets, education, workexperience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies withall minimum wage laws as applicable.
