Travel Pharmacist | LTAC Hospital | Ocala, FL | 8-13 Week Contract Serve in a leadership-forward pharmacist role at a 31-bed LTAC facility known for intensive, specialized care.

8-13 Weeks Key Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations and medication distribution in an LTAC hospital setting Perform clinical order verification and therapeutic drug monitoring Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize patient medication plans Provide supervision and guidance to pharmacy staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) during the assignment Ideal Candidate A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong clinical judgment Thrives in a hands-on, collaborative inpatient setting Comfortable with high levels of responsibility and autonomy Has the confidence and leadership skills to serve in a PIC role
Job Requirements Licensure:
Florida Pharmacist License AND Florida Consultant Pharmacist License (required)
Experience:
Recent inpatient hospital experience is required Must be willing to take on Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) responsibilities Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and compliance standards Why Join Us?
