Job Description
We’re hiring a LTC Pharmacist In Charge in the greater Orlando area. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists passionate about serving skilled nursing, rehab centers, and assisted living communities in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders Ensure timely and accurate dispensing for new admissions and daily needs Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe and effective medication use Support regulatory compliance and participate in consultant services as needed
Required Qualifications:
Active Florida Pharmacist license Previous experience in long-term care, hospital, or high-volume pharmacy settings Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and problem-solving skills This role supports 24/7 pharmacy operations, advanced delivery systems, and offers exposure to technology-integrated workflows.
