Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and maintain quality control standards Lead and supervise pharmacy staff and operations Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient workflow Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits
Requirements:
Active and clear Florida Pharmacist license Previous Pharmacist in Charge or leadership experience in a long-term care or closed-door pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills If Interested, please contact Avery DeVol .
