We are actively hiring a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge in West Palm Beach, Florida. This is a full-time direct hire position.

Friday, Full-Time Description:

This is a closed-door specialty mail order 503a facility that compounds weight-loss medication, anti-aging medication, hormone replacement therapy meds, and other custom compounds. They are looking for a multi-licensed pharmacist. It is acceptable if the candidate does not have 503A/503B experience, but compounding experience is required. Licenses are a higher priority than experience in 503 facilities. Candidates with most, but not all, of the desired licenses will still be reviewed. Part-time availability may also be considered if the candidate prefers not to work full-time. A pharmacist with a D.C. license is especially needed as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise staff pharmacists, pre-production, cleanroom, and post-production staff
• Review batch records and associated documentation
• Understand the importance/impact of cGMP standards
• Assist in documentation and completion of Adverse Drug Event forms
• Hire, monitor, and terminate employees as necessary with CEO/President approval
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements following local, state, and federal laws
• Compound pharmaceuticals as needed

Requirements:
