THE POSITION

The Pharmacist is responsible for fillingmedication orders, monitoring patient medication therapies,counseling patients, documentation of inventory, providing druginformation, and supervising and directing support personnel.

Communicate effectively to provide patient care and education, andpromote pharmacy initiatives. Complies with all requirementsrelated to risk management, safety, security, and infectioncontrol. Complies with all applicable state, local and federalregulations.
