Under the supervision ofthe Director, the Staff Pharmacist is responsible for assuring thedrug therapy needs of the patient are met. There are five majorareas of responsibility for the staff/clinical pharmacist. clinicalpharmacy, drug distribution, teaching, administrative duties andconducting research. Compliance with all applicable State andFederal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision ofhealth care. Familiar with unit dose, IV admixtures, computerskills, technical and clinical pharmacy practice. Must beself-directed and have excellent communication skills.
