Job Description
We’re seeking a full-time pharmacist in Edison, NJ with strong chemotherapy admixture skills to support an inpatient hospital setting. This role involves preparing and reviewing patient-specific chemotherapy treatments in a USP 800 compliant environment.
Position Overview Start Date:
ASAP Schedule:
6:30 AM
- 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM; includes every third weekend
Position Type:
13-week contract with potential to extend or convert to permanentKey Responsibilities Review chemotherapy treatment plans for dose accuracy and protocol compliance Prepare individualized chemo infusion and injectable medications Operate within USP 800 standards using closed system transfer devices Support clinical pharmacy services in an acute care environmentQualifications Active NJ Pharmacist Registration Minimum 1 year of chemo-trained experience in an acute care setting At least 3 years of total pharmacist experience (strongly preferred) Proficient in chemotherapy review and sterile preparation techniquesTo move forward or explore additional openings, send your resume to benjamin.castro@soliant.com or call/text me directly at 281-552-7278.
