Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist with solid chemotherapy admixture expertise for a hospital-based opportunity in New Jersey. This is a 13-week assignment with strong potential to transition into a contract-to-hire role.

Schedule:
Weekdays:
6:30 AM
- 3:00 PM, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM, or 8:00 AM
- 4:30 PM Every third weekend rotation
Requirements:
Active New Jersey Pharmacist Registration (in good standing) Minimum of 1 year of acute care chemo admixture experience (3+ years highly preferred) Strong chemotherapy review and preparation skills Experience reviewing chemotherapy treatment protocols for proper dosing Proficiency in preparing patient-specific chemotherapy infusion/injectable orders in a USP compliant environment using closed system transfer devices This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable healthcare team, offering stability, professional growth, and the chance to make a significant impact in oncology patient care.
