Job Description
Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Retail Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a vital part of providing top-notch pharmaceutical care and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Position Type:
Contract with potential for full-time hire
Shift Options:
8-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 12-hour shifts: 9:00 AM – 9:00
PM Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety Manage inventory: order, stock, and check for expired medications Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations Maintain patient records using RX30 software (training provided) Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
D.) degree or equivalent Valid state pharmacist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and well-organized Familiarity with RX30 software is a plus (training provided)
