Day Shifts Setting:
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital Soliant Health is seeking a clinically driven Full-Time Pharmacist to join the team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Pittsburgh, PA . This is a fantastic opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy inpatient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and supporting patients with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense and verify medications based on physician orders in accordance with hospital protocols Monitor drug therapy effectiveness and safety for long-term acute patients Provide clinical guidance and collaborate with the care team to optimize medication outcomes Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility pharmacy regulations
Preferred Candidate:
