Summary

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Performs the duties of Pharmacist asprescribed by state and federal statutes as well as SHS policies.

Prepares and dispenses medication; assesses clinical status ofpatients (neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults andgeriatrics). Provides drug information to the medical team.

Educates patients.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Currentunencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required. Previoushospital pharmacy experience preferred. All job offers arecontingent upon the candidate passing a pre-employment/post offerdrug screen.

PCH Pharmacy:

ACLS and PALS required within six (6)months of hire.
