Category Pharmacy – Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Full Time Inpatient Pharmacist – Prattville, AL Soliant Health is searching for an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to take on a travel role based near Prattville, Alabama, just outside of Montgomery. Join a fast-paced environment supporting a high-capacity medical center known for its trauma and neonatal care programs. This position provides coverage across multiple areas while allowing for a balanced 7-on / 7-off schedule.

7 on / 7 off (Monday-Sunday rotation)

9:30 PM – 8:00

AM Evening:

10:00 AM – 9:00

PM Type:

Full-time travel assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

Function as the lead operations pharmacist during shift, managing clinical and operational workflows with minimal supervision Provide remote coverage support for a secondary location within the system during overnight hours Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other staff to ensure compliance and continuity of care Work with advanced systems: Cerner, Omnicell, Sentri 7, and IVX Maintain a high level of awareness in NICU and trauma environments; NICU experience is required

Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered Alabama Pharmacist License At least 2 years of recent inpatient hospital experience required Demonstrated comfort working independently and handling high-responsibility operations Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead within a clinical team setting NICU experience and solid background in acute care preferred This opportunity is a great fit for seasoned pharmacists who thrive in independent, high-impact roles within a supportive yet fast-paced hospital setting.
