Job Summary Process orders and dispense medications according toestablished policies, procedures, protocols, and regulatoryrequirements. Ensure age-appropriate, safe, and cost-effective medicationtherapies for patients. Contribute to the educational goals of the department. Enhance the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of pharmacyprocesses, to promote patient safety and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or aPharm D degree from an accredited college of pharmacy. ExperienceAt least 1500 hours in the practice of pharmacy. 2 years full timeequivalent experience working in pharmacy services within healthsystem or with medication use technology used in health system.
Preferred 1 year or more experience working with health systemscurrent medication technology system. Working both independentlyand in complex collaborative team environments.
Licensure/Certification Licensed and in good standing with the OKState Board of Pharmacy.

Completion of general and patient care orientation is requiredprior to providing patient care
