Pharm D Completion of PGY1

Current license by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy •Permanent licenses will be required within two months of placement into position

Desired Qualifications:

Completion of PGY-2 residency or 3-5 years clinical experience strongly preferred.

This includes, but is not limited to, formulary management, quality assurance initiatives, policy and procedure development, education across the healthcare system, training and staff development, as well as providing leadership to pharmacists and serving as a preceptor for students and residents.
