Overview Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Working knowledge of drug therapy and disease state management Licensure, Registration, Certification Current licensure (or licensure eligibility) by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy (ALBoP)• Parenteral licensure/eligibility•Permanent licenses will be required within 6 months of placement into position Desired Qualifications ASHP residency or fellowship Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy operations and procedures Working knowledge of practice in specialty care areas
