Overview:
Works with members of the health careteam to provide safe and effective drug therapy. Serves as a druginformation resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs aswell as to patients. Performs duties and responsibilities in amanner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy ServiceStandards.
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
Two or more yearsclinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
RequiredEducation:
Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) orDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accreditedschool of pharmacy.
Licensure:
Requires a current pharmacistlicense from state of practice.
