Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire Seeking a proven Pharmacist-in-Charge to oversee home infusion pharmacy services in Arkansas. This is a full-time opportunity offering a relocation package and the chance to lead a multidisciplinary pharmacy team in a well-supported environment.
Role Summary:
You’ll manage all clinical, operational, and compliance aspects of the pharmacy—driving excellence in patient care and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations, therapy assessments, and care planning Supervise pharmacists, techs, billing, and nursing staff Maintain sterile compounding standards and regulatory compliance Ensure quality assurance and support accreditation initiatives Guide reimbursement processes and medication safety protocols
Required Qualifications:
