Compensation:

$61.78

• 80.

32 per hour + benefits. Compensation isdependent upon skills and experience level. Up to $20k sign-onbonus is available.

Available Shifts:

Day Shifts (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to5:30 PM (8 hours)

Responsibilities:

Provision comprehensive clinical pharmacyservices for the TCT clinic Serve as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, theinterdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists Duties will include the coordination, education, and medicationmanagement of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications,with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on qualityprojects Coordination and application of anti-neoplastic andimmunomodulating medications, with management of organization-widecollaboration on quality projects Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds includingpharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed Work closely with the TCT Clinical Pharmacist, but would alsocontinue some general pharmacy duties such as working with nursesand physicians to come up with medication therapies for patients,verify orders, check off on Pharmacy Tech work, etc.

Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP)

• Completed a residencyin this area and has a few years of recent (within the last year)Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting Must have Oncology and BMT experience TCT, CAR-T, or BMT experience FL Pharmacy License If you have the described qualifications and are interested in thisexciting opportunity, please apply!
