Position Details:

8-12 Week Contract (Temp to Perm)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00

PM Start Date:

ASAP Primary Responsibilities:

Verify and process IV orders for home infusion patients Compound sterile IV medications in a cleanroom environment Collaborate with pharmacy techs, nurses, and other clinical staff Utilize CPR+ software for patient documentation and profile management

Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida Infusion or inpatient IV experience Confident in sterile compounding and cleanroom protocols Able to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards Strong communicator and team collaborator CPR+ software experience is a plus (not required)
