Contract Soliant Health is seeking experienced and motivated Hospital Pharmacists for multiple openings at a large 400+ bed hospital located on Florida’s beautiful Central Coast. We are actively recruiting for full-time contract positions with an ASAP start. These roles offer the chance to work within a leading healthcare environment alongside a dynamic clinical team. ASAP Assignment Length:
13 weeks, with potential to extend or transition to temp-to-hire
Schedule Options:
Variable Days/Afternoons Nights•7 on / 7 off (1 position available)
Shift Hours:
10•or 12-hour shifts, depending on the assignment
Responsibilities:
Verify and manage medication orders efficiently in a high-volume hospital setting Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during shift operations Consult directly with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members regarding drug therapy decisions Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring Uphold best practices for medication safety and regulatory compliance Utilize hospital systems (EPIC, Pyxis, or similar) for order processing and medication management
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacist experience Experience with order verification, pharmacokinetics, and interdisciplinary collaboration Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting Willingness and ability to work variable shifts or night shift as needed
Preferred Skills:
