Full-Time Hospital Pharmacist•Melbourne, FL Soliant Health is partnering with a large, well-established hospital on the beautiful Central Florida coast to recruit for several exciting hospital pharmacist positions. This is your opportunity to join a top-tier healthcare team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!

Position 3: Night shifts (7 days on, 7 days off)

13 weeks with the option to extend or convert to a permanent role
As a Hospital Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:
Verifying medication orders and ensuring proper drug therapy management
Supervising pharmacy technicians and ensuring smooth pharmacy operations
Providing consultation to physicians and nurses regarding pharmacokinetics and medication therapy management
Ensuring safe and effective use of medications across various patient populations
Working as part of an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Active Florida Pharmacy License

Previous hospital pharmacy experience, including order verification and pharmacokinetics

Strong communication and collaboration skills
