13 Weeks (Extension Likely) Key Responsibilities Verify and interpret provider orders for safety and accuracy Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and adjustments for complex patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal therapy plans Supervise pharmacy technicians in compounding, preparation, and distribution Navigate EMR systems to monitor medication usage and prevent adverse outcomes Ideal Candidate Driven, adaptable, and clinically sharp Experience in fast-paced, high-volume inpatient settings Comfortable managing acute care workflows and collaborating with medical staff Passion for pharmacokinetics and problem-solving on the floor Job Requirements Florida Pharmacist License (Active and in Good Standing) Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient hospital experience (Required) Flexibility to float between shifts or step into night coverage when needed Strong clinical communication and tech supervision background Why Join Us?
