Soliant Health is seeking multiple Inpatient Pharmacists for a large hospital on Florida’s beautiful central coast in Melbourne, FL. This 400+ bed medical center has several openings available, offering flexible scheduling, a collaborative clinical environment, and the chance to work near the beach. These are 13-week contract assignments with the potential to extend — perfect for experienced hospital pharmacists looking for their next impactful role.
Position Options:
Position 1 & 2: Variable Day/Afternoon Shifts
Position 3: Night Shift – 7 on / 7 off
Start Date:
ASAP
Duration:
13 weeks with option to extend (Tuesday/Thursday schedule may be considered if applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders and ensure clinical appropriateness
Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
Provide consultative support to physicians and nurses
Conduct pharmacokinetics monitoring and manage therapeutic drug levels
Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory protocols
Requirements:
Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing
Recent inpatient hospital experience required
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently or within a team
Familiarity with hospital EHR and automation systems preferred
