Contract We are partnering with a large 400+ bed hospital on Florida’s Central Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established health system and support a dynamic clinical pharmacy team. Multiple shifts are available, and qualified candidates will be considered for temp-to-hire conversion.
Position Details:
Start Date:
ASAP Assignment Length:
13 weeks, with the option to extend or transition to permanent
Available Shifts:
Position 1: Variable day/afternoon shifts Position 3: Night shift (7-on, 7-off)
Setting:
Inpatient hospital (400+ beds)
Core Responsibilities:
Verify and review medication orders for accuracy and clinical appropriateness Oversee and support pharmacy technicians in daily operations Provide pharmacokinetic monitoring and dose adjustments as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Ensure compliance with hospital policies and applicable regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Active Florida pharmacist license Inpatient hospital experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment These roles offer an excellent pathway to permanent placement within one of the most respected healthcare facilities on Florida’s coast.
